Visibility Over a Global Team
Modal Forms currently operate in over 33 countries and have teams working across the globe to manage its growing customer base. They are strong advocates for flexible working, allowing employees to work in a way that meets their individual needs.

Although their teams work closely and towards a common goal, Modal Forms have always liked to encourage lighthearted competition within their sales department as a fun way to keep them motivated. This is often in the form of a small token for the top monthly performer however, they feel it helps “boost productivity and has actually improved performance”.
“Hurree has made it so simple for us to push our sales department. We have set up ranking boards that connect with HubSpot, so everyone can see where they sit against others within various performance metrics.” Using numbered lists, their team can track, on a rolling basis, who has been the most productive, who has secured the most deals and who is going above and beyond to meet targets. “We love that our sales team can easily monitor daily updates but also that we can easily share the leaderboard company-wide at the end of the month to announce the winner”. Modal Forms sales dashboards have been the perfect way to keep their remote sales team motivated and their morale high.
With their teams scattered across the globe, Modal Forms were searching for a way to collaborate with teams and ensure everyone is on target. “We have tools for project management and tools for feedback but, Hurree has become vital in ensuring everyone was on target and tracking team progress”.
