Ivyhill manages a lot of clients who all have specific needs and preferred tools. As mentioned, their team offer a number of services, all of which have different key metrics that need to be tracked. These also vary from client to client. As well as this, each client has different measures of success, meaning their KPIs have to be tailored on an individual basis.
Their team was wasting time trying to stay on top of all their client's data using complex manual spreadsheets, a number of disparate third-party tools and other traditional processes. Not only did they need to track campaigns internally for key decision making but, they then had to translate this into a user-friendly format that their clients would understand.
“Quite often we work with clients on their social media which means tracking their individual social profiles. When monitoring Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok even for just one client, it’s a lot of data. So, times this by 3 or 4 and it can quickly become overwhelming before considering any other campaigns.”
